Mexican Society of Membrane Science and Technology
All costs are in Mexican Pesos (MXN).
Earlybird costs are valid until July 31st, 2021.
The cost of registration includes the following:
Access via videoconferencing/in-person to the Congress,
Membership to the SMCYTM during 2021-2022,
Publication of extended abstract in the Society's annual journal (subject to approval by the Scientific Comittee).
The registration fee DOES NOT include any expenses not mentioned above.
The registered participant can be substituted at any time, the organizing committee must be informed of the required change (providing the data for the new participant). If cancellation of registration is required, the organizing committee must be informed immediately. Cancellation before September 30th, 2021 grants a refund of 75% of the registration fee (25% of the registration fee will not be refunded due to administrative charges). No refund will be approved for cancellation after September 30th, 2021 or for failing to attend the congress (100% cancellation fee).
The payment of a registration fee is associated with the presentation of a single work. A single participant will NOT be allowed to submit 2 or more presentation unless the following situation arises. In the event that a participant is unable to attend, another registered participant may replace him/her but the fee for the absent participant will not be refunded.

Registration is carried out on-line following the indicated instructions.
Payments can be made by electronic transfer, following the instructions provided by the system.

Please ensure that the full amount of the payment will be received in our account, as we have no control over commissions charged by banks.
Once your payment has been made, please send a legible copy of your payment receipt to the following emails:
Indicate in the subject the registered title of your work or thesis, or your name if you are attending without presentation.
Remember that no work may be submitted and, if applicable, integrated into the Conference Proceedings, if it is not associated with at least one current payment. If an invoice is required, it is necessary to include your complete tax information.
ONLY ONE PERSON MUST REGISTER AT A TIME, in order to control the authorship of the submitted works.
